Please enter the license code, sub-code, and user email address as written on the license certificate, and click on the 【Registration】 button to log in

Please be sure to enter the license code, sub-code, and email address (half-width alphanumeric characters only)

Offline environment is not supported for license authentication

Proxy Setting

First, please perform a [Connect test] without making any changes to determine if a proxy adjustment is necessary.

If the message "[Connection Success]" does not appear, please perform the following settings

  1. Click on [Manual proxy server configuration] to tick the checkbox in front of it
  2. Enter the address (half-width alphanumeric characters only) and Port number (half-width numbers only)
  3. If you are using a PC that requires user authentication, click [User authentication], check the box, and enter your ID and password
  4. Please perform a [Connect test] and confirm that connect is possible.
  5. Click on the [Registration] button to log in

Please check with your company's system administrators for proxy information, status, and firewall information

If your company has set up access restrictions using a firewall, please allow connect from 【https://api.miidel.com】


License Deactivate・Logout

If you want to change the user of MIIDEL, cancel the current license authentication.
This will allow license activation on a another computer.
※License switching is limited to once per month.

  1. Click the "Setting" button on the upper right of the screen. reg

  2. Next, click the "Account" tab on the left side of the displayed settings screen

    to show the currently authenticated license information. reg

  3. Then click the logout button and click OK on the confirmation screen. reg

  4. This will cancel the license authentication.
